Letters that feel like they were written by hand
Yours Truly started as a small experiment.
I wanted to see what happens when design instinct, curiosity, and AI tools come together to build something quickly.
The idea was simple. Create a digital letter experience that feels personal, nostalgic, and a little magical.
We send messages all day, but almost none of them feel special. I wanted to bring back the feeling of sending a real letter, but in a playful digital way.

Designing and building side by side
I designed the product and used Claude to help build and iterate quickly.
Instead of long planning cycles, I worked in short loops. I would design something, test it, adjust it, and continue improving the experience.
This approach allowed me to move fast while still focusing on the details that make a product feel polished.

Crafting a nostalgic visual language
The design focused heavily on craft and mood.
I explored letter-inspired layouts, stamp collections, and soft visuals that make the experience feel warm and personal. The goal was to make the interface feel less like an app and more like opening a small piece of mail.
Small details mattered here. Spacing, typography, and illustrations were used to create a calm and slightly nostalgic atmosphere.
